Keys to Happy Healthy Hormones, Part 8

Today is the last in the Keys to Happy Healthy Hormones series!

Today I will share the last 2 principles to integrate into your life to start down the path to happy, healthy, well balanced hormones and a more balanced life.

15. Have Sex!
Sex, intimacy & orgasms are important for hormone balance. They support the production of oxytocin and can help relief stress and boost fertility!

And I will add, that having orgasms alone is great too! Daily orgasms are so great for your mental, physical, and emotional health. Explore your body and find what feels good and right for you and most of all HAVE FUN!

16. Tune Into Your Feminine

The busy nature & hustle of society runs off of very masculine energy. Trying to keep up with this pace is counterproductive to your feminine nature. Take time to slow down, tune
into your sensuality & creativity. Go at a pace that flows with instead of against your feminine experience.

Learning to BE more and DO less is a great principle for everyone to embrace, but especially if your health is already not great. Doing more won't fix that and may make it worse.

Lean into embracing rest and relaxation, creativity and the arts, and peace in Nature.
