I thought I already knew all I needed to about my menstrual cycle, but I was wrong! There is a whole lot of info packed into this training, but Eir somehow made it easy for me to keep up and not be overwhelmed. I learned so much about hormones and how they affect me at each phase of my cycle. I now have a substantial list of vitamins and supplements that includes how much my body needs of each, why they are important, and how to choose a good one! She even touched on how hormones can affect your mental health and gave insight into how to deal with those fluctuations through diet and exercise. I've been struggling to manage my PCOS, insulin resistance, and ADHD on my own. But now, with Eir's guidance, I feel like it's actually possible to keep them from controlling my life!

This will be TMI and about periods but you should definitely keep reading if you struggle with yours. So what’s normal? 7 days? Light? No clotting? Minimal cramping? No bloating? What did I get? 14+ days - ounces and ounces of loss, LARGE clotting, debilitating cramps, painful to the touch stomach. Doctors say - take birth control or lose weight.
